It seems that in America the destruction of our civil liberties is becoming more and more prevalent, perhaps, largely due to organizations such as landlords, also property management agencies, and their third-party vendors going unchecked. It is vital that unlawful practices in (housing) become a top priority for any nation because housing is a necessary part of living for any human to have a safe dwelling (shelter) to, rest, bathe, procreate, eat, sleep, clothe themselves, prepare for work and or work, store their personal belongings, etcetera. While the type and location of the dwelling may be considered a luxury, we deem shelter itself a necessity.
