Welcome. The mission is simple: Through real conversations and interviews, we develop the HUMAN Behind the Whistle. Referees deserve a proper support system, and this podcast is a perfect complement to the one we have created called The Ref Room. The goal is to help 1 million referees become confident, empowered and properly supported. Here, you will find meaningful and inspiring conversations driven by passion, curiosity, and a love for the game and the people within it. Thanks for being here.
